- 1.The market resolves to exactly one named outcome from the list: William Ruto, Kalonzo Musyoka, Sifuna, Martha Karua. A candidate must be officially declared winner by the IEBC — not merely leading in provisional tallies or media projections. If two or more candidates tie in the final certified results and no constitutional mechanism produces a sole winner within 30 days of August 8, 2027, the market resolves as 'No Winner'. If a candidate withdraws before the IEBC’s final declaration but after ballots are printed and voting occurs, votes cast for them remain valid and count toward the official result; their inclusion in this market remains unchanged. Resolution is based solely on the IEBC’s Final Presidential Election Results Gazette Notice.
